Setting Up Reseller Campaigns

Overview

Setting up reseller campaigns in the Delty platform requires creating three separate campaigns across two platforms that work together to enable RTB (Real-Time Bidding) functionality. This structure allows for dynamic bidding where vendors get paid when consumers click on QuoteWizard or click advertisers on their Thank You pages.

Campaign Structure

  • Delty Publisher Platform:
    • Full Funnel Campaign: Exposed to Click Advertisers and managed by Corporate team
    • Reseller Campaign: Sends traffic to QuoteWizard Insurance Agency and managed by Media team
  • Delty Advertiser Platform:
    • Advertiser Campaign: Create under "QuoteWizard Insurance Agency's Campaigns" for traffic routing

Step-by-Step Campaign Setup Instructions

Step 1: Create the Full Funnel Campaign

  1. Create a new campaign for your traffic source in Delty Publisher Portal

  2. Set Revenue Configuration

  3. Cost Type: Set to 100% RevShare
  4. Source Group: Save as its own campaign level source group
  5. Purpose: This campaign will be exposed to Click Advertisers

Step 2: Create the Reseller Campaign

  1. Create a second campaign in the Delty Publisher Portal

  2. This will be the campaign that sends traffic to QuoteWizard Insurance Agency

  3. Configure Campaign Settings

  4. Default Experience Type: Set to "Reseller"
  5. Cost Type: Set RevShare to 0%
  6. Reseller Campaign ID: Enter the campaign ID created in Step 1

Step 3: Create Campaign in Delty Advertiser Platform

  1. Go to the Delty Advertiser platform
  2. Create a new campaign under "QuoteWizard Insurance Agency's Campaigns"
  3. This campaign will receive the traffic routed from the reseller campaign
  4. Link this campaign to handle the traffic flow from the Publisher platform
